Payment: We accept money orders, personal checks and all major credit cards via Paypal. Color Fiesta is a Paypal verified merchant and our shopping cart feature is on a secure SSL server, so order with confidence and ease of mind! If you are not comfortable ordering online, feel free to call/email an order. We ship orders to any address in continental United States. We ship via USPS, and require your street address. Hawaaii, Alaska, and US territories please contact us for shipping rates.

Shipping: The Shipping and Handling charges will appear at checkout.Click here for rates. Shipping includes insurance. At no time does Color Fiesta make any profit on shipping, any balance is passed directly on to you. For CA deliveries, Sales Tax @ 8.25% will be applied on all on transactions.

Money orders/personal checks: If you'd like to send us a Check/MO, please email/call us with a list of products or add to cart and send us a print out of the cart, and we'll email you back with the details of completing payment. We wait for your check to clear before shipping.

Product Availability: Though we maintain a robust inventory, we sell at art festivals as well, and on rare occasions, we are not able to update our website immediately. Hence, it is possible that we may be sold out of a product that you order. In such a case, we will get in touch with you via phone or email and you will have an option to backorder, exchange or cancel with full refund. Some glasses are made to order and require 7-10 days for delivery - this will be explicitly stated in the product description. After you place your order we will send you an acknowledgement and tracking number for your package.

Urgent orders: We will ship priority/overnight. Please mention in check out process and email(info@colorfiesta.com) or call (408-203-5674) if you have such a requirement.

Packaging: All items will come neatly wrapped in industry quality bubble wrap and new packaging materials. Jewelry pieces will come wrapped elegantly in sheer organza gift pouches. We also give a personal touch to each package by including our special "Artist and Product information" card. If you'd like to enclose a gift note, we can do that free of cost, just mention it in the ordering process, or email us(info@colorfiesta.com). If you're ordering a single glass, gift wrap in fancy cellophene and ribbons is also possible. Heres how it looks. There is an additional $5 charge for this service, and it can be mentioned at checkout.

Return Policy: Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance here, at Color Fiesta. If you are in any way unhappy with a product we will give you a refund or exchange within 10 days(less shipping and handling)of online purchase. Product must be in original condition. If you receive damaged merchandise, you need to call USPS with the tracking number provided as the package will be insured. Jewelry repairs are done free of cost, but can be done if we have similar beads in stock, so contact us with item code prior to shipping. Please follow our care instructions so you can enjoy our timeless art. Sales made at art festivals are final and binding.

Personalization: You can get a message/name/occasion painted on the top/bottom side of the base of the glass. This is free of cost and only available for online orders, and can make a gift extra special ! For example, "To Nana With Love" can be painted in fine gold letters around the base and heat cured, so Nana will have a keepsake for years to come! Remember, this is all handpainted work, so we can incorporate your ideas with ease. Special Requests can be indicated during the checkout process or can be emailed to the artist at colorfiesta@yahoo.com.
